Cranberry Brie Bites
These little suckers are seriously a party in your mouth. So savory, creamy and fresh! I get so excited when fall is here, because I love to make these for any up coming parties. They are very easy to make!

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour (to dust the cutting board and the dough)
1 - 8 oz. tube crescent roll dough
1 - 8 oz. wheel brie cheese
1 c. whole cranberry sauce (check out my simple recipe)
No reason to buy the canned sauce
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Spread a little flour on to your cutting board. Roll out the crescent dough and pinch seams together. Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and roll out, lightly, with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into 24 equal-sized squares. Place the squares in the mini muffin tin.
Cut the brie into 24 small pieces and place inside the crescent dough square. Top with 2 tsp. of cranberry sauce and a tiny sprig of rosemary, that I like to stick into the brie.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes. You want the dough to be slightly golden.
